Management, Sales and Market Development

We worked with a leading organic winery in a management capacity to develop and manage the sales strategy for both the domestic and export markets, growing the business while discreetly managing stock levels to maintain cashflow without compromising the brand’s position in the market place.

Project Resource for a leading FMCG provider

We provided urgent National Key Account and Client Business Manager support for an FMCG provider at short notice. We were able to step in with a minimal handover period, providing the business with a safe pair of hands to manage an integral part of their business while a permanent solution could be found.

Route to market planning and development

We assisted a new wine distributor to carve out their place in a crowded market by working with the business owner to plan and implement a route to market strategy. This included product and pricing strategies, as well as getting the products in front of key trade decision makers, which has set the distributor up for year on year sales growth. 

Product development/Supply agreement.

We secured a long term contract with a leading Australasian retailer to source wine and manage a complete packaging overhaul for several of the buyer’s own brands. This required working with the brand owner, their high expectations and a number of different suppliers. 

Distribution change management 

We assisted a large leading winery with transitioning their business model from working through a distributor to setting up a direct to market model with its own sales team. This change led to improved relationships with key retail partners and being able to take full control of the whole manufacturing and sales process.
